The condition of the beach is dependent on the time of the year and water conditions at the time of a guests visit.

Master Bedroom Suite
Large Master Bedroom Suite featuring Sea shell decor king size bed highlights the incredible expansive views of the Caribbean Sea below. The Master Suite has a lovely retreat area for enjoying the sound of the waves below. This suite also has a brand new Mitsubishi split air conditioning system. Master Bathroom has double sinks and a shower bath combination. A private courtyard with a outdoor shower is also a nice feature for showing after a swim in the ocean.
2nd Guest Bedroom Suite - King or Twin Beds
This Second bedroom suite features twin beds which can be made up into king size bed. Features a private ensuite bath and private deck which leads to beach below. This bedroom is located just off the great room area on the west side of the villa. Full expansive ocean views can be seen out of the wall of windows. A pair of rocking chairs making up a nice retreat area are also in this guest suite. Guest suite also features a room air conditioner unit. The private bathroom features double sinks with a shower.

The Third bedroom features a Flip-flop decor Queen bed ensuite bathroom with private sitting area and private deck
4th Guest Bedroom - Queen
Cabana swinsuit decor - fun themed bedroom located just off the courtyard, features ensuite bathroom and entire wall of doors open up to the pool deck
Oceanfront side Sea Glass Villa
The above photos show how close Sea Glass is to the sea and the expansive ocean views from the front of the villa looking both west and east. A nice niche with chaise lounges can be found on the front deck for sunbathing. Sea Glass Villa has a private beach that is only a few steps down from the deck and stepping stones help guide the way through the pathway to the beach below.
Courtyard and Swimming Pool Area
The beautiful sparkling pool is located in the courtyard. The pool is located on one side of the private courtyard and on the opposite side as the ocean which is wonderful for guests that are looking for the ultimate in privacy.
What is unique about this villa is all of the French doors fold open allowing the huge great room, kitchen and dining area to merge into one fantastic entertaining area. Wonderful lush walled courtyard with nice size private pool. This is the perfect place for that family reunion or intimate wedding.

A 10 minute walk to Salt River Bay National Historic Park & Ecological Preserve puts you on the only lands Christopher Columbus touched belonging to the United States. The master bedroom and bath opens to its own ocean-front deck and has its own private outdoor shower and sunbathing area. Two of the other bedrooms directly face the ocean with window walls to the sea, and each have their own private bath. The fourth bedroom is next to the pool and has a view of the ocean and Buck Island. The courtyard and pool are completely walled and private. The property is surrounded by 6 to 10 foot rows of sea grapes plants on either side to provide seclusion from neighbors on an acre of sea-front land. On "special days", you'll see St. Thomas or St. John 40 miles off in the distance, or catch sight of an errant kite surfer shooting the waves or maybe you will taste the salt spray as you bathe in the tropical sun on the ocean-front deck. And on "special nights", you'll be able to wish upon a falling star under the Carribean sky. May your stay include a very special time!
