Rate Information

* Rates are based on total number of bedrooms required during your stay.  
We only rent to one party (family) at a time. This structure allows us to keep our rates lower for smaller parties that do not require use of all the bedrooms.

* Holidays High Season Rate will apply

*  Check-In Time:  5:00PM     Check-Out Time:  10:00AM 

* Early Check-In/Late Check-out Option $20.00/hr

*  Day Guest Visitors $10.00 per person per day 

* Rates do not include 10% tax or cleaning fees

*  Credit Cards accepted (Visa, Master Card and American Express)

*  Rental processing fee $35.00 

Pet Friendly $100.00 pet fee

Minimum Stay Requirements

* 7 night minimum High Season (Saturday to Saturday Only)

* 3 night minimum Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day

* 5 night minimum Christmas and New Years

* Balance of the year two night minimum
