Rate Information

*  Check-In Time 4:00PM     Check-Out Time 10:00AM

* 50% deposit at time of booking balance due 60 days prior to arrival 

 *  Rates are based on the total number of bedrooms required during the stay. We only rent to one party (family) at a time. Bedrooms/Sofa Bed that have not been ordered are locked during the stay. This structure allows us to keep our rates low for smaller parties that do not require use of all the bedrooms and sofa bed.

* Sorry only paying guests are allowed to be on the premises unless permission has been granted for visitors.

* Damage Secuirty Depoist $500.00 (held as retainer and only charged if terms require forfeit of deposit)

* Credit Cards Accepted: AMEX, Visa and Master Card.  

*  Rental Processing Fee of $35.00 for Credit Cards

*  Airport Greeting Service $150.00 one way, plus $50.00/hr extra wait time fee. If luggage is carried by our greeter the fee is $25.00 extra.

Pet Friendly $100.00 pet fee

Wedding Venue Description

Rate

 Wedding Venue Grounds Only which is considered to be private beach, patio or pool deck area  3 day event 

Day 1- Set Up,  Day 2 -The Event,  Day 3 - Clean up Day

*  This is for a wedding venue only does not include rental of equipment, catering, music, flowers. 

*  Event planner must be on site during set up, the day of the event and during clean up

*  Includes extra tanker of water

* Approval required from Judith Fancy Home Owners Association. Wedding Venue Agreement required for all weddings and special occasion events where occupancy exceeds maximum number of guests shown on the vacation rental agreement.

* Wedding Venue Damage Secuirty Deposit $2,500
