Enter the house by crossing a walkway-bridge into this spectacular contemporary home encompassing over 4,000 square feet of custom features, including a surround-sound stereo system and gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and every kitchen appliance a gourmet cook could imagine. French doors open to large full expansive decks and even a hot tub.

The downstairs level has large family room recreational room with a pool table, wet bar, and TV, CD and stereo system. Having the great room upstairs and game room downstairs allows families to either enjoy spaces together or apart. The best feature of this property is it also has a totally separate guest house that joins the main house by a walkway-bridge. The guest house has its own self contained kitchen, cozy wood stove in the living room. A charming dining area, and two separate bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Spring Point Community beach access.

Upper Level Main Floor
The main living space is located upstairs providing a full picturesque view of the water. The Main house features two master bedroom suites, one on the main level and the other on the lower level, each with a king size bed with pillow top mattresses. A second lower level den offers a full office set up with high speed internet, printer as well as a sleeper sofa.
Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops a Sub Zero refrigerator and six burner range and Dacor double ovens. We have stocked Headland House with just about every small appliance a guest could ask for Cusinart everything... Pots and Pans, Knives, Food Processor, 4 slot bagel toaster, blender, coffee maker, bread maker, large and small crock pots, waffle maker, coffee grinder.

Dining Room
Headland House has an exceptionally large dining area with enough seating for ten guests. The dining table has two 18" leaves and two extra host chairs that are not shown. The dining room is open to the kitchen as well as the great room. Built-in cabinets with wetbar sink perfect for buffet family style dining or a formal gathering. Double doors lead out to the deck.

Great Room
The Great room has a high beam ceiling with huge expansive windows across the entire width of the great room with double doors that lead out onto the deck. Leather circular sofa with 106" Projection TV system.

Powder Room

Upper Level Master Bedroom
The Main Floor Master Bedroom is nice and roomy and features a Eastern King size bed with soft and lush pillow top mattress and enjoy watching television in bed at night. The bedroom has 10' plank ceiling, views from this Master bedroom are the best in the entire house...enjoy watching the Washington ferries crossing and eagles soaring while sipping coffee from bed. Behind the Chest shown in the photo is a 40" Flat screen TV and DVD system

Lower Level Master Bedroom
A second Master suite is located on the lower level which features a king size bed with a top of the line pillow top mattress this is a platform bed which is lower to the ground than a standard bed. New elegant bedding has been custom designed to compliment this Asian style furniture. This lower level master suite also features a 27" TV behind the doors of the chest shown in the picture above so that our guests can enjoy watching television in bed.

Third Bedroom with Office
The third bedroom has a queen size sofa sleeper with upgraded mattress. For those of us that must work on vacation this is the perfect set up. Features a full office set up, including wireless high speed internet, separate fax line, two desk chairs, printer, fax and scanner as well as a copy machine.

Headland - Guest House
One of the finest features of Headland House is this totally private self contained Guest House. Yet only a few steps across the walk-bridge to the Main house. Have a family gathering where you would like to enjoy family together yet also enjoy time apart. The Headland Guest House is the perfect answer.

The Guest House Kitchen features double door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. The stove and oven is not available for use due to San Juan County permit restrictions.

The Guest House Master Bedroom has a new queen size top of the line pillow top mattress. French doors out to the private deck where guests can enjoy watching the sun rise will sipping morning coffee. The Guest House second bedroom has a huge expansive window with views of the sound. This bedroom has a new trundle bed with two twin mattress, one with a top of the line Beauty Rest pillowtop. This bedroom has been decorated in a tropical monkey theme with new custom bedding, lush comfortable duvet and down pillows.
Beach Access & Boat Dock privileges
Headland House has a walkway path from the property to the private Spring Point homeowners beach and dock area.
