Many of us stayed at the Rosario Resort and came to Timber Lodge for Thanksgiving dinner at the cabin. Could not have found a more delightful place to spend time with family and friends. We were so lucky to have gotten here just in time to see the snow in November 26th...amazing 2 3 4 5 As we are preparing to leave your beautiful home and the island we want to express our thanks for a wonderful stay. Our stay has been magical. We didn't want for anything you had everything we could have asked for! We stayed over St Patrick's day and felt like leprechauns in the woods with the grounds being so perfect for the weekend. 16 17 How fortunate for us to have been able to enjoy two weeks on this beautiful island staying in your exceptional vacation home. This was an extraordinary vacation made all the more special because we were able to stay here 18 Six ladies from Texas spent a relaxing and special week together we played hiked and found wonderful places to dine and drink wine. Thank you for sharing your home 19 20 This is our second stay at your lovely Timber Lodge. Brought our 7 year old grandson and he loved his moose bedroom! Our 20 year old granddaughter came for a week later and didn't want to leave. We also had other relatives visit and friends from Texas. We hiked, kayaked, swam, saw eagles, dolphins, seals and starfish. Feed the deer and birds saw plays and chamber music. Time has flown and now we have to go home. Thanks again for sharing your lovely home with us. 21 22 Our week just flew by! We love this house the people who live here and the island! We loved the "quite" It was a wonderful place to wind down. We loved Orcas---great places to eat and the shops were great. We did not need a thing everything we could have asked for was provided! 24 25 The Dinniene's Our week here at Timber Lodge has flown by! We have enjoyed sitting on the deck watching birds feed as the sunset. Listening to small planes arrive and depart from the local airport spend quality family time with out sons and friends and time with our sons. Playing pool, darts, and simply sitting by the fire. Not to mention everything else we did in exploring Orcas Island. We reflected on the truthfulness found at Rom 1:23 "God's invisible qualities are seen from 26 27 Our stay at this house was wonderful was a big change to what we live in. We enjoyed our stay and we hope we can do this again someday. Would rate quality and attention to details a 10+ 28 29 You have created a warm and inviting home away from home - the ideal vacation spot! It was the perfect get away from Mississippi's tropical jungle humid summers. We hope to return next year! THE HOUSE!! The location of the house is perfect...close to Eastsound, Rosario, Olga Cafe and the rest of the island. Orcas is the perfect place to get away from the stresses of everyday living. 3 couples shared 6 nights at the beautiful Timber Lodge. All of us were in need of time to just relax without a lot of "expectations" on us. Timber Lodge was the perfect place for us. Originally there were to be 4 couples but unfortunately illness forced one couple to stay home. The house is perfect for 3 adult couples...great bedrooms on main floor and upstairs. The 4th bedroom downstairs is more for kids than adults.
The guys loved the darts and pool table downstairs. Everyone read at least one book and the evenings were great for playing games, scrapbooking or just talking.
The house was exceptionally clean and Gator the caretaker was very responsive when we needed assistance with the gate. We really appreciated the bottle of wine, bread and Easter candy. We will be back! Thank you for everything
