Greensboro Ranch is an elegantly comfortable country vacation home located on the top of a knoll in a 261 acre equestrian community. You will find 11 miles of riding and hiking trails making it the perfect vacation home for those looking for country estate privacy.   This unique four bedroom, four bath 3,000 square foot home has all the ambiance one would expect for a elegant country home.

FIRST FLOOR DESCRIPTION:
The first floor is ideally set up for holiday and special occasion entertaining with a living room dining room combination. We cater to special events and celebrations so guests will find full access to linens, serving pieces and even fine crystal for making that special toast!
The Kitchen has just about every small appliance and amenity a gourmet cook could ask for with even a full drawer of spices and herbs. The Kitchen and breakfast room area opens into the Great room with both areas taking full advantage of the mountains views of the private swimming pool and gazebo area. The Great Room as a wood burning fireplace, Satellite Television DVD, full desk set up with High Speed Internet, Printer and Fax and Free Long Distance for our working guests. A nice laundry room features a Maytag washer and dryer. The main floor guest bedroom has been decorated in a hunt theme and features a queen size bed and private bathroom that is adjoining and also serves as the main floor guest bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR DESCRIPTION:
Take the spiral staircase up to the second floor and you will find two double doors welcoming you into this elegantly decorated Master Bedroom suite which features a luxurious king size Beauty Rest pillow top mattress. The master suite has a retreat area with a fireplace with sofa, chair with ottoman and television. The Master Bathroom is spectacular and features huge soaking Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower with views of the lake below and entire mountain range.
Two additional guest bedrooms are on the second floor both with queen size beds. Our race horse them bedroom has jockey themed lamps and a carved horse bench. The other guest bedroom is decorated in Carousal Horse floral theme. Both guest bedrooms are shared with a full size bathroom. Upscale furnishings with Equestrian designer touches throughout complement the interior and take advantage of the Spectacular Mountain and lake views.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
The grounds and outdoor amenities are the best part of the house. The backyard area has a large gazebo with a round patio table with lazy susan that has wide comfortable chairs that can accommodate 8 guests. During summer months the weather is so dry and delightful that you can sit and enjoy evenings under the gazebo late into the night. The house sits on top of a knoll so you have lots of privacy for taking a swim or soaking in the spa. The spa is heated but not the swimming pool however, it is not even necessary as the warm weather naturally heats the pool. The 4th bathroom is located on the exterior of the house in close proximity to the swimming pool and spa.

THE GROUNDS:
The home sits on 6 acres of which 2 acres are beautifully manicured grounds. The lower front area of the house has a large lawn area for playing outdoor lawn games or just sitting under a large old oak tree and enjoying some peace and tranquility while reading a book.

THINGS TO DO:
Greensboro Ranch is situated close to the quaint town of Placerville which is at the foot of the Sierra Mountains. This is a fabulous vacation spot with tons of things to do such as River Rafting on the American River is only 5 minutes from the house. Take an adventure to where Gold was discovered in the town of Coloma which is only a 10 drive. Best yet we are located in the heart El Dorado and Amador County making it in close proximity to all the historic Gold Country towns and wineries. If Gaming is your pleasure you are in LUCK…we are only 3 minutes from the new RED HAWK Casino! If one casino is not enough take a trip to So. Lake Tahoe 55 minutues drive. GATED COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Greensboro Ranch is located in an equestrian community with 11 miles of riding and hiking trails. Within the community you will find two lakes with a picnic,volley ball area, riding arena and lighted tennis courts. All these amenities are available to our guests so be sure to bring along your tennis rackets!

CORPORATE HOUSING:
In need of Corporate Housing? Super easy access to Hwy 50 and only 16 miles to the Intel Plant in Folsom. Only 7 miles to Hwy 49 which leads to Hwy 80/65 about 55 minutes to HP Roseville Plant.

Living and Dining Room Area

As you enter Greensboro Ranch the step down Living room and formal Dining room awaits you.  The Living room features a Gas burning fireplace perfect for intimate gatherings.  The Dining room looks over the swimming pool and mountain ranges below. 

Kitchen and Family Room

The Kitchen and Breakfast Nook area has a wonderful view of the mountain range and looks over the gazebo and swimming pool.  The Kitchen opens on to the Family room on one side and the formal dining room on the other. 

The Family room opens into the kitchen area making it idea for family entertaining.  A woodburning fireplace and large sectional sofa with enough seating for eight guests.  For guests that need to keep in touch with work a desk with printer and fax machine is available.

Main Floor Guest Bedroom and Bathroom

Main Floor Guest Bedroom with Queen size bed with pillow top mattress.  This bedroom has an adjoining bathroom that features an equestrian jumping horse theme in both rooms.

The master bedroom has been elegantly decorated with a king-size extra comfortable pillow top mattress, down pillows and comforter, retreat area with sofa and television, a large walk in closed and a super size bath tub and retreat area.  The Master Bedroom also has a gas burning fireplace for cool nights.
